La Forge is located in a charming village on the outskirts of a small French town, Melun,

The north of the town hosts the railway station, from where you can reach numerous destinations, including the heart of Paris just 25 minutes away, forest of Fontainebleau, Versailles and, of course, Disneyland for the young at heart.

 

For those more active, La forge offers an excellent base for walking, cycling, fishing, horse riding, swimming and 9 golf courses scattered within easy access by car. 

 

La forge is an ideal place for a long  stay or a great stop off point before continuing onwards.
